Rotarian Linda joined the Rotary Club of Parry Sound in 1997. She has served as chairman of World Service Committee, and has been the student-exchange counselor, and Director of International Service. Linda has served well on the Dragonboat Core Committee, and outside the club level, on the World Shark Sailing Championships, Logging Festival, and July 1st beer tent. She is also a GNSCC member. Linda enjoys skiing, biking and gardening. Linda has three children and two grandchildren – she's far too young! Linda has traveled to Mexico, Vancouver, Great Britain, Florida, Europe, and last year to Anguilla. Linda was born in Winnipeg. Her dad was in the air force, and she grew up in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New York, Ottawa, and Montreal – so Linda was already well traveled as a child! Linda's classification is Health Care Management. She has given her classification talk. Linda is a registered nurse and works as a case manager for the West Parry Sound Community Care Access Centre (CCAC). She manages a caseload of clients, arranges services such as nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, and home-making. Linda also helps to set clients up with other services in the community. She makes referrals for clients to other CCACs as well. Linda is a valuable member of the Rotary Club of Parry Sound. Welcome!
